Terms of service
These terms describe the use of Hayuke, a local business prospecting service provided by Valtrix LLC.
Your account and workspace
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for ensuring that your use of business data is lawful.
Plans, credits and billing
An active paid plan is required to search and manage leads. New workspaces start with no plan and zero credits. Each business saved costs one credit.
Business data
Business listings and contact information may be incomplete or outdated. Hayuke does not guarantee that a business has no website, or that any contact will respond.
